your Goal is your Identity

An individual is the product of many things. First comes one's physical aspect means body, mind, and soul. Next comes the society in which one lives and last comes one's own peer group. As the individual is the product of all above mentioned things his goal must be the blend of all these influences. Therefore setting a goal is always an  important task for the individual. As it was mentioned in the heading 'your goal is your Identity.'

The first step which one should take to differentiate one's hobby from one's passion. A hobby is what you like to pursue in leisure. It is because you are attracted to it because of its outward charm and pleasing ambience it creates. A passion is what you die for. It is the thing for which you are ready to take any amount of risk. It brings to you your lasting recognition, your worth in society and more over your core satisfaction to you as a being.

So always remember the thing which lures you cannot be your Identity. It only reflects one aspect of your personality.

As I like travelling but I do not find myself an avid traveller. I just travel to refresh myself and therefore I visit any place randomly. A passionate traveller prepares deep before embarking his journey to a new place. He calculates, he plans well and then he forgoes.

So for setting a goal you need to calculate, and plan well before you begin.

Your attractions are the results of your appreciations of the beauty whereas your passion is the product of your emotional balance, your workability and your planning.

Once you assess yourself well. Next comes to assess your background, your society which will be there with you in your glory and failure to give you the strength in failure and share your joy in your success. Without them it will be impossible for you to work out your journey to your mission. Your family will be your backbone and the most supportive in your cause. So first of all you will have to understand the familial characteristics.

I am giving you an example of the famous legend of Indian society, Sachin Tendulkar

With this one example you can understand the importance of familial support which one requires in setting one's goal. Your family matters the most in times of your emotional and financial needs.

After the family comes your peer group and friends with whom you go for hangouts. In life comes times when you need a group of your like with whom you share the most hidden aspects of your personality. You need to discuss with them about your aim, about your failures, about your plannings, about all the matters which you cannot share with your family. These people will mock you but they will be always there to help you. They will laugh at you but they will be  there in your cries too. Though they will quarrel with you but they will be ready to fight the world for you too.

There is no denial about the importance of friends in one's life. But you know quite well because you all have heard the numbers of Bollywood movies glorifying the bond of friends.

You, your family and society and your friends all play a very important role in shaping your personality. Directly or indirectly they are always living with you so without considering them you cannot set your goal.
